忙碌
怎麼一天上二小時的班也這麼累
原來我花了大半天在準備2小時的課
忙碌的感覺還不賴(蠻適合精神或肉體覺得空虛的人,哈哈!)
雖然忙碌讓我犧牲了玩樂的時間
但忙碌也為我省了不少錢
漸漸為我帶往我們往未來的路上
......

【日式文字燒 】
材料:好吃燒粉(大型進口超市有在賣,如果沒有可以用麵粉替代)、依各人喜好放入各式海鮮及其它配料(蝦、花枝、甘貝、鮪魚、玉米粒)、西洋生菜一顆(正統是用高麗菜,剛好家裡有西洋生菜所以試試看)、蛋一顆
調味料:金蘭醬油膏加少許砂糖(正統要用日式照燒醬手邊沒這東西所以只好用醬油膏代替)、哇沙米加美乃滋混合均勻、柴魚粉、海苔粉(這二樣我都沒有,哈!)起司片
步驟:1.先將生菜切成絲備用
2.找個大碗加入好吃燒粉4大匙、開水150cc、蛋一顆攪拌均勻
3再放入鮪魚罐頭一罐(手邊什麼料也沒有,真慘)
4全部拌均勻後再倒入平底鍋用小火煎十分鐘(如果有其它配料時間要更久一點)
5二面各翻過後放上一片起司待起司溶化就可上盤
6最後加上柴魚粉或海苔粉(可惜我二樣都沒有),我淋上了傳統的金蘭醬油膏加砂糖和哇沙米美乃滋
ps:1.今天的材料是五人份來吃的
2.試吃結果用高麗菜口感會比西洋生菜好,西洋生菜經過十分鐘口感太軟了
3.配料多一點吃起來會開心一點我想
4.一定要加柴魚粉或海苔粉增加香氣
